Under planning law certain organisations are exempt from planning permission and the need for site licenses; the Caravan Club and the Camping and Caravanning Club are such organizations and can certify locations to set up a touring caravan sites. This would allow you to have 5 touring caravans at any one time on your land; this would of course be for caravan club members only. There are no onerous conditions attached to having a site, the caravan club even advertise your site in their year book and on their website.
